Terms of Service

Lnsly is software-as-a-service for managing a photography studio: bookings, clients, contracts, payments, packages, and a public booking page. Features are described on our marketing site and may change as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you invite team members, you are responsible for their use of the service.

Do not: (a) use Lnsly for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; (b) upload content that violates someone else's rights or intellectual property; (c) attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; (d) resell or sublicense Lnsly without our written permission; (e) scrape data from other users.

You own all content you upload (photos, client records, contracts). You grant Lnsly a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Integrations with services like Google Calendar are governed by both these Terms and the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data losses caused by third parties.

Lnsly is currently free for early members. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before introducing paid plans. If you choose to subscribe, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can stop using Lnsly at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or expose us to legal risk. We will give reasonable notice when we can.

Lnsly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping backups of critical data.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Lnsly is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Lnsly after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
