Terms of Service

Lnsly provides software for photography studio management, client photo galleries and branded booking websites. Features and limits depend on the product and plan described on the pricing page.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you invite team members, you are responsible for their use of the service.

Do not: (a) use Lnsly for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; (b) upload content that violates someone else's rights or intellectual property; (c) attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; (d) resell or sublicense Lnsly without our written permission; (e) scrape data from other users.

You own all content you upload (photos, client records, contracts). You grant Lnsly a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Integrations with services like Google Calendar are governed by both these Terms and the third party's terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data losses caused by third parties.

Lnsly offers free and paid plans. Current fees, billing intervals, included features and limits appear on the pricing page and are confirmed before payment. Existing early-member and founding-price arrangements remain in place under their agreed terms. For early members covered by the existing arrangement, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before paid plans apply. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

You can stop using Lnsly at any time. To request account deletion, email info@lnsly.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or expose us to legal risk. We will give reasonable notice when we can.

Lnsly is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping backups of critical data.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Lnsly is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Lnsly after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
